Where We Help

Faculty training & onboarding. Cohesive, right-sized onboarding for new and adjunct faculty—orientation modules, facilitation notes, observation tools, checklists, and short recordings your team can reuse.

Program development & refresh. Outcome maps, course outlines, I-R-M matrices, assessment plans, and lab/clinical operations (safety, skills inventories, rotation models, site readiness)—so courses and clinics run the way you intend.

Curriculum & assessment. Competency-based design that matches workplace standards: performance tasks, rubrics, skills check-offs, mini-CEX/OSCE-style observations, and calibrated grading across sections—delivered as LMS shells you can launch.

Accreditation support. Gap analyses, evidence maps, and self-study drafting with a focus on CAAHEP (especially Surgical Technology/ARC-STSA). We also advise adjacent areas (e.g., CoAEMSP, MAERB, CODA). Clear crosswalks, organized artifacts, and a mock review so you know where you stand.

Strategy & operations. AI policy and syllabus language; preceptor toolkits and clinical site onboarding; simple dashboards for outcomes and continuous improvement; light grant/budget framing (equipment lists, staged purchases).
